I bought 2 things very recently, 1 of the items was shipped right away...the other was out of stock. Mustang Tuning kept me up to date, and shipped the item as soon as they got it. I must say, this company is very honest, and Im sure very busy. Im 100% confident, that you wont have anything to worry about...I will continue to buy from them.

A few things could happen..

1. If your mailman/UPS is keen, he will figure out the address is wrong and make sure he delivers the package to the correct number on your street.

2. If your mail carrier is lazy, he would most likely send the package back to Mustang Tuning for the correct Address. In turn, Mustang Tuning would contact you to get the correct address.

3. If you know who is gonna be carrying your package, I would get ahold of them personally out in the street and give them a heads up. For me, I personally know my Mailman and my UPS delivery guy. I made sure they know who I was, for accidents like this.

You shouldnt have a problem...your Package will get to you.

I have bought items here before and they did take awhile to come in but they eventually reached me. I guess they do experience high volumes at times and some items are on back order. I did email mustangtuning about my order and got a reply right away. So all in all I would buy from them again. Thanks.

Mustang Tuning shipped fast for me! I have noticed they answer emails faster than over the phone transactions. Props out to Bob for quickly responding to my harassing emails!

I wouldnt wanna fight the traffic to get down to Mustang Tuning. Anyone who lives around here, knows that after 1pm, the "blue route" can be a b*tch! You gotta be at 90mph on the on ramps, just to get on the "blue route"....lol.

Ordered from them noon yesterday, and with free shipping I have the parts in hand today. I think the service is great so far.

My only critique is that they need better selection. I have an 89 convertible and there aren't too many parts listed on their site for this model.

Csilkman,
I think in time you will see more parts for both the 4.6 and 5.0 offered. If Im correct, I read somewhere on there main site that...if you dont see what your looking for, ask Mustang Tuning. Im sure they could get just about anything you wanted.

I respond to emails all day long. I'm only slow on Monday because of all the emails from the weekend. You will receive a faster response by email as it is usually hard to get through on the phones because people seem to call all around the same time. Thanks for the compliment.

My first purchase was some billit pedals for my 5-speed. I was sent two brake pedals for an a/t by mistake. No big....s**t happens right? I called MT to find out what I should do. I figured I would have to send the product back AND pay for shipping. To my surprise, I was told that they would ship out the right pedals including a shipping tag and that once I received my goods, just put the a/t pedals in the box, slap on the shipping tag and give it to UPS. Easy. Pleased with this purchase, gearing up for more.
