I want to know how many of you guys wave or in some way acknowledge other mustang drivers I have always done it since someone did it to me when I first got my stang.

For me it is a 2 finger salute like gesture kind of like giving the peace sign but the fingers are together. when the window is closed I usually don't even take my hand of the wheel if the window is open it's out the window and more like a wave.

I've notice that most mustang drivers will notice immediatly and singnal back like they are waiting for it or somthing.

Only to the mustangs that i know. Theres too many and too many are gay mustangs. haha. Most of them either don't know what they are driving or its a piece of crap.

Theres this chick i was talking to who had a 05 Saleen S281 Supercharged. I asked her if she ever had any mustangs and she said "Oh this is my first one, i went to the dealership and i really liked the color so i bought it.".

 

girls got money. at that point its all about the color...

 

HAHA ya I agree i only wave to cars I know which is alot from our local mustang club

 

I used to wave or give a thumbs up to sweet stangs....but if I waved to every stang I saw each day my arm would fall off.

 

yeah i only do it to people who obviously take pride in thier mustangs.

i dont bother with the dude with the 01 green mustang with a bashed bumper.

 

I get a lot of people waving at me... either frantically like I'm going too fast or being too loud, or with some form of a thumbs up kind of gesture.

I'd say more motorcycles (Harley's) than anything end up with the wave/wave back thing. They seem to appreciate the look. Camaros just turn their heads in disgust.

 

no one waves at me, nor do i wave at them. On occasion I catch girls checking out my car so I just smile back at them. We have way to many nice cars in houston so my musang is equivalnt to that of a Camry, sad I know....

 

I usually only give acknowledgment if I can tell the other mustang has mods otherwise I don't bother. A cobra/mach is automatic thumbs up though

I never wave, but i do ocassionally nod. I always stare stangs down as they drive by, and ill usually catch them doing the same to mine. Then well both nod.

 

If its modded and its not a v6 then Ill wave.

 

So you wouldn't wave to me if i drove past you...just cause i have a 6?

I wave at mustangs and throw empty beer bottles at hondas.

which sucks because when i park next to my honda and i keep throwing beer bottles at it. One of these days im gonna mess it up.

 

i didnt know that any body else waved. haha most people hear just dont wave back.

 

Haha thats why i never wave, i nod instead. Not so obvious and embarassing if they don;t do it back. Lol.

 

most people around hear have junk mustangs they are all broken or theres nothing do to them. and the people driving them don't even know what there driving.

theres three moded mustangs two GT's and one sixer i wave to them.

I wave to nice/modded mustangs.

But if I ever see 03GTmustang, I'll flip him the bird instead, for that comment of his. haha.

This is off subject but Sean did you apply your tail light tint yourself?

 

Yup. I ordered some pre cut pieces of of ebay for like $15. Then you use water with a small amount of dish soap to apply them, squeege the water out, then your done. You can get them from other sites for like $65!! Go with Ebay!

 

Yeah I already have some but am scared I will get bubbles in it. I've had them for like three months now ha ha.

 

Cold dude, just cold. I'm with Pcola and seanstang, we are never waiving at you. In fact I propose a boycott on waving at 03gtmustang lol.

 

Oh youll definatly have bubbles at first. Thats why you squeege them out...lol. Go over it a couple of times then wait a couple minutes then again to get almost all of them out, you wont be able to get them all so don't worry. Then let it sit in the sun and dry, the small ones will disappear.
