I believe you are confused as to which kit you are looking at. This is the kit with both high and low beams. The normal kit is just a single level of brightness somewhere in between high and low. Sort of. So putting on your highbeams would only turn your foglamps off with the other style kit.

but 400 buskcs?!?!?! wtf? 3 days ago i coulda bougth em on there for 215 with my discount.
