i keep a club and a brakelock on my stang at all times...just for a goof i put my brake lock on the other day and put the car in drive...hmmm..i was rollin down half a block before i could get the lock off and stop the car...lol...funny **** but the deeper issue is...i thought the whole point of the brake lock was that you couldnt get the car out of park...i tried it a bunch more times and the result was the same...man....it works perfectly on the corolla...but on the stang i can always take it out of park...that wont stop a car thief...it'll just mean hes gonna wreck my car when he steals it...wtf

isnt the emergency brake just a lock for the rear brakes? i mean as in if the brakes are not engaged, and you pull the e brake it doesent help. All the E brake does is lock the rears, but if they aint engaged in the first place e brake wont help

it can b in neutral and still lock the rears, u can have lost ur feet so u cant even touch the peddals, it will still lock the rear. least it did on my sn95
