Well my girlfriend and i just purchased a 1982 Chevy K10 truck shortbed single cab that has a 10" body lift and 39" superswampers on it and it's gonna be our project together. I'll say one thing about that truck....it is MEAN! That thing is huge loud and pretty damn powerful. It's a 5.7L 350 with an edelbrock carb and a mild cam with a lt headers and a straitpipe. Really it's in great condition and all it needs is to have the interior redone and a new bed along with a cheap paint job and it will be amazing. Total vehicle cost was $2500!!!!! The engine only has 23000 miles on it!!!! I'm very excited about this new project and what's better is i don't have to pay the insurance since it's my gf's truck! I love her...any girl who is 17 and wants her first truck to be a loud, crude and rude gigantic monster truck is awesome in my book! I will post pics soon.
