Default Any interest in shaved 03 Cobra bumpers?

Just wanted to post this because shaved 03 cobra rear bumpers seem to be getting popular on our cars. I thought there was a place producing these already and if anyone knows of a place tell me. I'm going to be shaving a cobra bumper to put on my GT and thought I would see if there is enough interest to do any extra's for people. I am using a two part epoxy that is flexible and will not crack or fall out like body filler/bondo. Average price at a body shop just for shaving the letters alone is 250.00. I obviously wouldn't charge that much, but the bumper would still be pricey, because I would have to charge for the bumper (which I would get through ford with my discount), the epoxy filler, and a small fee for shaving it. Then, you have shipping, but for those willing to pay the price, I could do the work. I'm going to guess somewhere between 400.00 and 500.00 for the bumper. I am a painter as well, so I could paint the bumper as well, but without having the car at my door, couldn't guarantee an exact color match. I do use Spies/Hecker paint which is top notch paint and color match is usually dead on or pretty close.

Anyway, this is just to see if there is interest and if anyone would pay the price. I'm not a big business, so I can't produce these bumpers dirt cheap like a big business could. Quality would be top notch though. I run my own business (body and paint shop) and am simply seeing if I can help fellow mustangs enthusiasts out. Once I complete my bumper I will have a better idea of how much I can do everything for, but as for now, who is interested?

I am totally interested, but you are a few months too late! I just got stripes painted, and while i was looking for the right color, i was looking for a 03/04 shaved cobra bumper (id look like a fool with COBRA on the back of a V6). I gave up after having no luck.
I wish i had the money to give your service a try, but im sure there are others who are interested. Maybe if i get another stang, you can help me out.
Good luck!

Yeah. There needs to be a place that sells body parts already painted. I'm lucky enough to have Cervini's 10 minutes away from where i live but its still a pain in the ***.
