might of hurt my motor
well i took off from a light had it in second gear and matted the peddle tires spun since it was wet, i bounced the limiter so i let off. the next time i went WOT the car lost power and RPMS right at 4k-4500 and then started to get going again. now i broke out the laptop i bought from R3d a long azz time ago and downloaded livelink so i can do some data logs on some PIDs. i have a wide band but i havent hooked it up yet. man, this sucks
my first thoughts of the problems are:
Dirty MAF
could a bad IAC cause this. i had to give it some gas this morning while i started it.
fouled spark plugs. causing spark blowout
my BAP took a dump on me, its boost actuated i dont have the voltage adjuster. no fuel equals no power.
Oil blow-by is my other concern...
what do you guys think?
the PIDs im going to run are MAF counts, MAF voltage, Fuel pump duty cycle, fuel pressure and spark advance. any others i should run?

. i cant make adjustments to my tunes at all. i dont have tools at my house so i cant check the plugs. this happens right at max torque, it has to be the plugs i havent changed them in a long time. i checked the hoses and all of them are tight and secure.
the good news is that there isnt any knock and oil smells like normal. when i get to the hobby shop on base i'll check the blower for leaks and pull all of the plugs check the gaps on them and see if they are discolored. i'll remember to take my camera with me when i do this. tuesday is the earliest i can do this.
edit: after i set everything up correctly for the datalog to work i go to the car with a fully charged laptop battery and plug everything in and the F'n x-cal is still not recognized. i forgot to put in the damn code. so i fix that and the laptop shuts off. naturally i go to turn it back on and nothing happens. so i have 2 other batteries and plug it back into the wall and this fugger wont turn back on. i used a charger from my inspiron laptop and it has the same output voltage but the amps are less than the latitude charger, i didnt think it would hurt anything. the odd thing is when i plug the charger into the latitude laptop the green light shuts off immediately and i plug it into the inspiron and works just fine. nothing on the latitude smells burned but i need to get inside of it and look. it turns on but only for a second or two. im just going to try and get my inspiron with vista premium to work with the liveload software for datalogging.
OH YEAH the roads are too wet for any type of WOT datalogging.
