Yah. I miss adam corolla on there. The guy is without a doubt an arrogant *****, but damn he could pick up on stuff and read people like no other. He really says it the way he sees it and doesent care too much who it offended.
#34
haha thanks for the support.

He does a morning radio show in Cali now....he took over for the Howard Stern time slot. I don't think it's a national show, but I know he's on in LA and Bay Area.

the only reason idc how this seems like entrapment is because when i am a father i do not want any grown man entering my house while im not home to bang out my daughter. get em taken care of now instead of me having to murder someone.

to me it comes down to the same thing as someone calling the cops because someone is threatening to kick their butt. so what? until he actually does something a law has not been broken.
QUOTE]
a law has been broken in that situation. in most states its harassment.
this show seems to primarily be taking men in on ATTEMPTS of a lewd act with a minor and/or pornography charges.
attempt even has it's own section in NY's law book.
§ 110.00 Attempt to commit a crime.
A person is guilty of an attempt to commit a crime when, with intent
to commit a crime, he engages in conduct which tends to effect the
commission of such crime.
and in NYS this would be attempt of Rape in the 1st Degree - due to lack of consent by anyone under age 17.
there are sections in state law books for the 8 most serious crimes (rape being one of them) that describe attempted acts as illegal, which is what this show is trying to take them down on.
