Has anyone ever parted out their stang?

i'll take the brake fluid! lol...well if you were selling stock parts i would say you wouldnt have good luck. But if you were selling a high demand racing/aftermarket part then yeah you'll get it sold, but maybe not as much as you would like. Check out some prices of things that are being sold on here and throw a listing up. are you doing an engine swap and selling old engine parts or something?

Parting it out versus selling it outright with all the parts, 9 times outta 10 you will be better off parting out.
Not a big market for crazy modded mustangs, even if the internet makes it seem so. Id definitely part out the big, easy to remove stuff. Gears and stuff like that, just leave it, not worth the hassle. Dont expect to get anything near what you have in the car, its better too just look at it as cash that you didnt have in your pocket before you parted it out, not a percentage of what you spent on the stuff and how much you sold it for. Be prepared to get lowballed, its a fact of this hobby, but stand firm on the bigger/more popular stuff, it will sell eventually.
I miss having parts to sell. I love buying and selling stuff, ever since I sold the mustang, I havent had anything. Might have to start scouting
