Its coming from CNN so I would not trust them with the news. Believe it or not even the news has political ties and tends to report things in a certain way to benefit who they want to benefit. CNN does not like the Bush admin so they tend to be the glass is half empty approach on every story about the him.

Within the article you can see that they dont specifically say who these people are that have seen the report which is understandable but I like to see proof and not go by he said she said. Cnn is just trying to create news thats not there. If they had insiders giving them info then why was these so called insiders apporached Cnn after Michael Chertoff said he has a "gut feeling" something is in the works but has no evidence to support it. From that quote from Michael Chertoff this whole aritcle came about.

When it comes to news its Fox leaning to the right and everyone else to the left. If you want to learn whats going on watch Fox and any other news station to get the complete story and decide for yourself.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Al Qaeda is the strongest it has been since the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, a new U.S. government analysis concludes, according to a senior government official who has seen it.

Despite a campaign of military action and counterterrorism operations, al Qaeda has regained its strength and found safe haven in the tribal areas of Pakistan, the report says, according to counterterrorism officials familiar with the report.

Two intelligence officials said the report's finding are similar to what is expected to be in the National Intelligence Estimate anticipated to be released later this summer. The NIE is the intelligence community's collective analysis of pressing national security issues.

Its awful tough to fight a group of people who since birth have been taught to hate christianity, hate the USA, hate everything we stand for. Not only that are told since birth it is one of the highest honors to die killing us.

No one has better trained and prepared soldiers than we do, but you would be hard pressed to find one that wants to die just to kill their enemies.

I was against was against this war from the start because I knew itd be this way. This is not like any war we have fought before. The enemy has no respect for the lives of women, children and other innoccent people in these urban warzones.

If we get attacked again on US soil, I vote to evaccuate as many innocent people as possible and nuke the middle east. I bet that'd still cost less than $12 billion a month.

I agree, however lets not forget that Fox News is the same way....just the other side of the political scope. In all honesty, we are wasting our time over there because those people will fight us for the next 100 years if we stay the. This world is a better place without saddam, however we have made that part of the world a MESS....and have no idea how to fix it. I think we are in such a **** storm that we can't just pull our troops out because that would probably cause Iran to invade and take over the country, but on the other side....what are we fighting for now? It's just a huge mess and I think we really messed this one up.

I don't like war unless it's really warranted, but do you think we'd be fighting this style of war durring the WWII era? Hell no, we would have carpet bombed Bagdad and then went in and took it over and had complete control. As long as we keep fighting these ***** foot wars we aren't going to win. I think the media is to blame for us not being able to fight a war like we are supposed to!

Actually not true. The Revolutionary War was much the same, except we were on the other side. The Brits were on our soil with their powerful military and we fought them mostly will "terrorist-type" tactics and won. Many of the Americans did not even want to engage in the war until their houses of neighbors houses got burned. They got pissed and wanted to fight.

As far as the terrorists having strength....yes it could be propaganda. But, you also have to consider how stronmg would they have been had we not killed half of them. They might have even been stronger.

Look, these ******** are planning on beating us through population. They are having children like crazy and raising them to hate us. While in the US, we are having our 1.5 kids who play Nintendo and **** around on Mustang forums. They spend their days learning how to kill us while we argue about street racing or how our headlights look.

Folks, we are on a direct course of loosing to these radicals. It will eventually happen. We let them come here. We let them do what they want. We fund them buy buying their oil. If we were serious as hell about these shitbirds, we should close our borders, send all the muslims homes (sure, we will loose some good people, but a price we will have to face), then get rid of all are oil burning vehicles. The arabs will have nothing and no where to go.

naw...heres the only way to beat em....rule like a jewish sadaam.....adopt both tactics...you wanna blow yourself up? ok. just know what we're gonna do to your wife and daughter after youre gone...you wanna build a training camp for terrorists in your village? ok. just know that we will gas your entire village to hell for your effort...for every one american life you take we take 30 of your kids lives....the only way to beat em is to become the great satan they say we are...these same people hated sadaam but they were scared to even whisper his name...how come they have the courage to band together and shoot at us? cause they hide behind our kindness and willingness to follow a silly geneva convention...you can not be a kind hearted occupying army...you can not win hearts and minds...you can however break spirits....go all the way or go home

Just look at whats happening in Britain where Muhammad is the 2nd most popular name.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/new...cle1890354.ece

If the non radical Muslims would speak out there may be a different reaction to how the world percieves them. Right now it seems like there are the muslims that do all the horibble acts and the rest just do nothing nor say anything about it.

If you think about it thats the perfect way to get more muslims to control the world but I would like to think that so many cant be so evil. You never know " Hey dont blame my religion for all this violence" while in there heads "great one less jew or christian and more people like me". Are the quiet peaceful muslims just as bad as the terrorists if they dont stand up and say "Our religion is about peace and you dont represent it" to the terrorists, in my book I think so. I want to see more Muslims defending their religion on TV if not then I guess all non Muslims will continue to have doubts and think that they all want to take over the world whether it be by killing us or overpopulation and taking over our country which is happening just take a look at how some business and schools have to cater to muslims.

Sad, but true.
