Babii: Personally, this is my opinion and I have learned it over the years. You're young, and judging by your 'navel' pictures you are most likely a 'hot' girl. Use these years, high-school years, as your fun time. Don't worry too much about everyone else if she's really your friend then she won't care. On top of that, they weren't together anyway so she really shouldn't care.

I want you to understand this too. By 'fun' I DO NOT mean go out and f^ck like a wild animal, you'll regret it. I've seen it happen to alot of people.

Just go out and have fun, this is one of the only times in your life where you won't have alot on your shoulders short of school, if I had it to do all over again then I would have taken alot more time to party!

second that... have fun but have respect for your self at the same time...

Dont overthink things, and the best thing to remember is to treat other people how you would want to be treated. If you would be pissed if she got all up on yer ex boyfriend, then dont get all up on hers. Im sure the sun rises and sets with this guy Mark, but trust me there are tons more people out there, it just aint worth it.

As for v8stang22, Dude, LEAVE. Dont let the door hit your stupid *** on the way out. Way uncalled for, very immature, quite frankly i think just about everyone on this board would rather hear about highschool drama than discuss anything with an ignorant little **** like yourself.
go throw yourself off a bridge.

I really could not follow all this ****, but I thought I would point out that I stole my roomates girlfriend once. He has not spoken to me since and our relationship was ruined. BUT, I did marry her, had three kids, and have been married for 15 years.

okay well, that was alot of interesting advice. I tried to speak to her today, and she wouldnt have a bar of it. (By the way, I'm not a **** or a ****, and thus do not appreciate being named such.)

Amanda won't talk to me, and she doesnt even know what happened that night. I made my decision, things will remain as they are with him- just friends - and with her, I'll just leave her alone till she grows up some more. I know what the rules are, but don't see how its okay for her go and get all jealous on me for me having a stronger friendship with him than they ever did. What feels right to me is that it happened. And truth be told, we weren't really drunk; Well and truly sober by 11 cos there was a huge fight about me at the party (a few drunk guys.. long story).

I think that maybe this wasn't appropriate for this forum, but i figured as guys I would probably get different responses. Things are virtually over between amanda and I, and you know? I'm not really bothered at all. Even though nothing will come of me and mark, I just don't care.

Oh and also, for the record, I turned 16 on the 13th of March, I'm in year 11 (my second last year - prelim. HSC- of High school ), which means in a matter of about.. 40 weeks, I am aiming to go to University (college).

Like Blake I did not read the whole thing best advice is to not get all worked up over relationships the only important one is the one with your family. Friends come and go but family is forever. I guess I have seen Godfather too many times, lol.

I hate it when someone makes some dumbass comment like v8stang and then they don't even have the ***** to reply back after everyone has been giving him ****.

I wouldn't count out a relationship with Mark...I think that whats her face is jumping the gun. Just because your friend had an off again on again relationship w/ him doesn't mean you don't have the right to. It seems kinda silly to just toss out a chance like that just because your, now ex-friend, decided to be a stupid bitch.

Take the chance and take a stab at a relationship w/ Mark. There really isnt a reason why you shouldn't. IMO, dont let the stupid decisions of someone else influence something that might bring you happiness in the end.

BTW, I know this advice won't matter much, but I am old enough to be your father.....so keep that in mind. These relationships won't mean anything in 20 years....or even in 5. You are too young to get all worked-up by this. I know they mean a lot now. Hell, I think I remember going through the same stuff. I have been married for nearly as long as you are old and hopefully someday, you will be in my shoes and I guarentee you will be giving the same advice to another 16 year old.

I have to agree with the old MT on this. I got married when I was 32 yrs old. And I stiil thought I was too young to settle. You have to sew the wild oats before you can find your true soulmate. If you don't. Then you will destined to infidelaty. Friends come and go just the same as lovers do. But if you really love someone, friendship with same or anyone involved will not matter. You will know if you want to be with someone for the rest of your life only after you have some experience. That comes with age.. Then when your ready to settle you can have your best friend, and lover, and then make babies, Then you will be complete..

Okay, well.. Amanda and I had huge tension between us today, and our mutual friends definitely noticed. She started crying, so did I.. but I still don't think I deserve to be treated like ****. I love her, like a sister. I love him.. like.. I dont know. lol. Nothing will come of saturday night, with Mark.. because, I think it was just a caught in the moment thing. Besides, I feel as if I'm ..liking JAMES AGAIN!. ew. no. stop.

Sorry but this is starting to be way to much drama for me. Your talking about these people like we really know them or something. Not bashing you babi, but just move on and you'll have lots of oppurtunities down the road.

Oh I agree, I love seeing all the different threads pop up in the lounge. But when it starts to turn into a mini soap opera, it gets to be a little much. But hey, maybe thats just me.
