I am assuming it is because the baby seat is facing backwords, right? Once the kid gets a little older, it will be easier.

man I don't know what the solution could be for you seeing as the seat has to be backwards. I guess your wife or g/f could ride in the back seat. lol...
I didn't have my stang till my boy was like 3 I think.

Dude, If you plan on doing any traveling for more than 1.5 hours. With your kid in tow, you may want to think about getting a Bigger vehicle. Not just for right now, But because your child will be a much more happier camper when he's in his seat, with a DVD screen and room for all his toys. We had a Custom Van for 8 years when my son was growing up. And it was a godsend. The Starship is what we called it. Seats 9 people if you want. With 3 or 4 people on a long trip, It's the best way to go..

Forget about any infant seats fitting unless you have an SUV and even then only small Pigmy will fit there. You would need a high end luxuary car that has alot of rear seating room. One of you has to sit in the rear or wait until Logan can face forwards.

You wont find a rear facing infant carseat that allows and decent front seat room.

Once he gets a little neck strength you can get a "convertible" carseat that is both foward/rear facing and sits more upright.

My stang was my only car until I got my truck with my son, never had any issues really.

I have a 2 year old son, and have had my stang since before he was born. Luckily my girl has got a Camry that the rear facing car seat sat into nicely. I DID howerver put that in my car once or twice but it was only me and him riding. Now days I got a regular car seat and my son sits up there quite well..... when its just me and him. LOL If someone wants to ride shotgun it going to be an uncomfy ride for em. Also.... my sone is really tall for his age, he is only 2 and he is as tall as 5 and 6 year olds. So when he is in my car the passenger seat has to be pulled forward!

So long story short bro...... it dont get any better really LOL. Find you another DD
