Funny story... I go to school in Rhode Island... a state which statistically has the worst drivers based on what % of drivers would fail a drivers test if given one today... They cannot merge for their lives, all traffic slows (even the left 'passing' lane at EVERY entrance ramp, it almost drives me to tears.
Thank god I am home for the summer...
