SLP on the way which engine dohc sohc
My catback SLPs will be here on friday looks like I will be taking my car in for Cobra engine swap within 2 weeks. Do you think I should install the SLPs now on the GT and do some vids then after the engine swap do some vids with the Cobra? Should I wait till I have the Cobra engine and do some vids of my current setup with Flows then do vids of SLPs?

i know its hard to wait, but think of the anticipation... whatever! wait until you get the new moter and the difference in sound and performance will be even better. its only 2 weeks right. 14 days, 336 hours, 20160 minutes, 120960 seconds. just a drop in the bucket!!! i have slp x pie and loudmouth II's w/ only 2 of the original 4 cats. ihad flow masters before... can not believe thwe difference.. nipples rock hard the first time i started it up. that still happens now though, maybe because i own a vert.

Its from a 1998 Cobra and will have all new internals so it can be ready for a turbo. The 1998 Cobra and GT share alot of the same components and or locations so alot of mods will not be necessary. Not to sure about other years but like the slp catback the 98 GT and Cobra share the same system. What Im tring to see if you guys want to hear the different between the DOHC or SOHC when swapping motors but keepin same exhaust. Here are some pics of parts at the shop http://www.mustangtuningforums.com/showthread.php?t=815

wait till you do the swap... think about it if you install them, then take it to the shop and something happens to the exhaust you might regret installing it in the first place.. Like you said who really wants to hear a wimpy slow 98 stock non pi engine anyway...
