I'm thinking it has something to do with his car. You get caught racing and the cop right you for every unsignalled lane change? I'm on the same thing right now, I have to be good until like late august and if I am my record is clean of every single ticket i've ever got but if i get another ticket I loose my license immediately and wing with about $1500 in fines and court fees.

Here's a fun one...
I answer an ad to trade a nice 65 mustang roller and a donor car for a gun. I have plenty of guns so I figure what the hell.
I show up with a selection of pistols, we negotiate what he wants from my collection. I go and put the guns back in the car and lock it. We walk around back to look at the stangs. We agree to meet in my town a week later at my local gun shop to do the paperwork and make the swap. To this point no actual exchange has been made (I thought).
I get a call 4 days later asking why a convicted felon and current meth dealer was driving around with my gun on him.
Huge investigation, almost charged with a class 1 felony, but the case was handed over to a special task force and they'd seen the same thing from the same group of people before. they knew the dudes jacked the gun from my case while I wasn't looking. Cops call me and say call us back and report it stolen (even though it was actually stolen) so they can put the dude back for life and they'll hold my gun till all the applicable statutes expire and I'm clear.
The cops still have my gun. I can't claim it till september when the statute limitation kicks in. The dumbass stole a $1400 match grade .45 auto that's so touchy it's damn near a machine gun. If he'd have ever pulled the trigger it would have spit out all 8 rounds in .2 seconds. I miss my donkey... er gun.

Why the hell cant you say what you did, dosn't matter if you murdered someone, you can say whatever you want. Im kindof calling a redflag on this one and think your only posting this for attention. Not only that but your a minor, they cant even take you into county jail. If you really did get for 3 serious charges you wouldn't be on a computer typing right now, you'd be in a jail cell with a high *** bond.
Whats your full name?, i'll search the courts clerks for your info and what you did. The second you get booked it becomes a complete public record. If you really did get charged for anything you'll be on it, if your not on it your full of sh*t.

It dosn't matter, you dont have to go into detail. You can still say what you "By the paper" got booked for.
One thing is saying "By paper, I got booked for murder", and another thing is saying "**** yo, i got ****ed over because i just killed someone". Why dont you just post your full name so I can look it up to see if its real?.
And they dont put you on house arrest TILL you go to trial and the judge orders you to be on house arrest. Being on bond means your free to do whatever you want till you go to trial and a judge orders what he wants.
Untill you go to court your innocent till proven guilty, they cant just put you on house arrest. Now I really know your full of sh*t and your an attention seeking little bitch.
Iv been arrested plenty of times, and when I was 17 I got arrested and went to juvi. The ONLY person that can asign you house arrest is a Judge and by a legal trial. You dont just go to jail and they tell you "Ok your free to go but your on house arrest for the mean time".

lol why are you arguing with me about what happened to me?
it's not worth the risk. because in the paper they left me unnamed because the police didnt release it. the clostest hint i'll give you, is that one person has guessed correctly.
what happened was, i sat in jail for 3 days untill my first court date, the court date that determines what happens to me untill my actual trial. the judge said instead of going back to jail for 3 weeks..i'm on house arrest until the trial. then once it's decided what's going to happen to me..i'm off house arrest...get it? you're worse than a 17 y/o man. you think you ****in know everything

Dunno about Colorado, but in CA certain juvenile cases will land you with a felony. It normally has to involve weapons or a violent act though.
And my buddy went to county when he was 17 for a week and a half..
3 felonies, 5 other charges ... Week and a half in county, a month of house arrest, a year olf probation, 600 hours of community service, lol.
Long story short, running from the cops doing 150 on a streetbike, going up onto curbs, splitting between lanes, wide turns which crossed into the wrong side of the road (it was like.. small street roads) running stop lights and stop signs, booking it into a garage, cops showing up, clubbing his ***, and throwing him into the back of a car, lol.

wtf is that suppost to mean. He already said he cant say whats going on. so lets say for a moment that he did "spill the beans" and tell us everything and violate a court order and/ or his attorney's advice. Hmmmm what could possibly happen, well lets also assume that while under house arrest his online activity was being monitored, its not that hard to do. do remember we really dont know what he's being busted for, but two felonies were mentioned. Now, with that in mind, we finally get the gory details because everyone must know despite what the courts and/ or his attorney have told him about talking. so some time goes by, then the DA says "o remember when you weren't supposed to talk about this, we know you did. and that deal we had, its gone." all because you HAVE to know.
and the comment wasn't directed at anyone person, it was in general, just lay off he'll tell when he can or even if he wants too. and as far fetch and out there as it seems, its 100% possible.
so if you're going to write..." right....listen too you" with your giggly little boyfriend after that, that just solidifies what a ignorant child you are.
