nintendo has risen again since they released the Wii with WiiSports. all i play on the Wii is WiiSports. its amazing!

ps3 is a POS. freezes all the time and the thing has a hard time playing ps2 games

 

Id rather buy a 360 and wii then a Ps3.

I have an Xbox and a PS3. I prefer the Xbox. I want a Wii though.

 

i like the 360 better too...
better game play, better graphics (arguably), runs smoother....just BETTER!!! lol

yet i still like the Wii best....

 

i wasnt planing on getting one until i played one....lol
so i got one on release day and fell more in love with it!
the graphics arent as good as the 360, but they arent so bad they distract you.
the screen shots look alot crappier too...
dont worry about playing one...just buy one!! lol

 

Pretty much the reasons texaspaul said. The graphics are not that much if any better than the 360 on the games currently out and the 360 runs smoother and loads faster.

The game companies have not stepped up and used all of the capabilities of the PS3 so at this point its no better and the 360 has a better game selection at this point as well as being cheaper and easier to get. In the future who knows though, the PS3 may well come out with some killer games that blow away the 360.

 

PS3 is going to have a difficult time. Its going to cost more in game develpment for a PS3 compared to the 360 which is like a PC game. There are alot of plus and minus on both sides but PS3 has more Minus than plus at this point.

BTW: Unrelated but I just scored a TMX for my daugther at regular price at Walmart

 

I have both XBOX is definately better now but ps3 should catch up soon enough
I have the best of both worlds
PS3 is for- Metal gear, Socom, and all the japanese games you cant get on xbox, pS3 is more for role playing games

While xbox is the ultimate multiplayer game machine like Halo and Gears of War(BTW the best game ever)

so i love both kinds of games so when a new game comes out ill get it, wont have to worry about not having the system

You are 100% percent correct on that. I think PS3 potential owners should wait and see what happens and if it lives up to expectations. Remember PS3 is hot now but in a few months no1 will give you full price for your ver 1.0 PS3.

 

I won a XB360 at the Nashville TechNet Event last week. lol. I love it. I went out yesterday and bought GOW and a 12 month gold card. Can't wait to get started. My kids are going to have to fight me for playtime.
