3 - USC
4 - Florida
5 - Notre Dame
6 - Rutgers
7 - Ark.
8 - West Virginia
9 - WI.

Buy the graces of God, ND could find themselves in an interesting spot. OSU and Mich still must play and ND gets to play USC. ND could find themselves #3 or perhaps even #2. Can you believe that?
If Rutgers wins out, they could also play for the NC.

The OSU v Mich game this weekend will pretty much be the national championship game. I see OSU winning and going on to play either Florida or USC in the championship game. I also think OSU will have that in the bag. Michigan will be the toughest team we play all year and I think they'll give us a run for our money.
#11
You are right, but technically wrong. While this game will no doubt decide the champion, there still are more games left. So, if OSU beats Mich, they still have to play one more game plus a bowl game. Meanwhile, USC has to win out which also means beating ND. If OSU beats Mich and ND beats USC, then who does OSU play for the NC. It would either be ND, Rutgers, Florida, or by some miracle....Mich for a second time.

I really think Florida can pull it off. I don't think the BCS will have OSU play Michigan again, and even though I think Rutgers is a great team, they deserve to be in a bowl game but not the NC. I don't think ND has been playing well enough to deserve a spot in the NC, but the BCS does do some screwy stuff so I really have no idea what to expect.

No ****? I must have missed that one. Hell, that makes things even more interesting.
You know this stuff is impossible to predict. The only thing I know for sure is that there will be more surprises before the season is over. If this season ends like it started, Rutgers will end up taking it all - LOL

I really don't like how the BCS does their ranking at all, and their bowl game selections are never based on how good the teams are, but what'll rake in the most money. That's exactly what happened last year when OSU got picked to play ND in Tempe. Everyone knows that OSU fans are hardcore and will travel so they pitted them against ND, which almost every OSU fan hates.

ND is not won a bowl game in years. It would seem that their popularity with the bowls keep putitng them against teams that are better then they are. If ND was winning these games, then no one would complain.
But, don't look past ND. It only takes one game and if they beat USC, they will be in the top 4.

I would literally vomit in my mouth if Rutgers got to play for the title. All that says is that if you want to have a shot at the title schedule no one and play in a shitty conference and youre in. Maybe USC should stop playing Nebraska and Notre Dame, OSU should stop playing Texas.
No one from the Big East will be big boy football until they schedule a solid top 10 team in the non-conference. Rutgers, Louisville, and WVU would be probably the third or fourth best teams in the Big 10, Pac 10, Big 12, or SEC. The only major conference weaker is the ACC.

I have school pride and all but f*** UCF right now coach O'Leary sucks donkey nuts and I wont be happy till he can at least win half the games in a season. They just bought them a new stadium thats sponsered by brighthouse and our team is just embaressing. I feel better now

GO USC!!!!!!
We will win out and play for the national championship game AGAIN!!!! I'm going to the USC vs Cal game this weekend in LA.....it should be one hell of a game!
As for Rutgers, nobody wants to see them play in a big BCS bowl game......Of course their fans do, but it's not exactly like they have a huge national following like the other big teams. I also don't think any of the large bowls want Rutgers in their game because of tv ratings and their lack of fans throughout the country. Just my opinion.

Notre Dame would get good ratings but we saw ND vs OSU last year in the bowl game and it wasnt pretty.
Its really up in the air though, lots of tough games left.
Arkansas has LSU and Florida in the SEC champ game
Florida has Fla State and Arkansas
USC has Cal, UCLA, and Notre Dame
Notre Dame has USC
Rutgers has WVU in WVU and imo will get gang raped by Slaton
And thats pretty much the only teams that have a shot. Who knows depening how it shakes out OSU vs UM rematch is possible but I hope not even though I am a Big 10 guy.

Its UCF what kind of expectations do you have. You have to compete with Miami, Fla State, Florida and the rest of the country for recruits. Its gonna be pretty tough to field a really good team there.

OSU stays #1, USC..Florida..both go down. Rutgers most likely will lose to WVU, ND..Arkansas..WVU all move up. ND would move to #2, Arkansas to #3, but you have to figure in "strength of schedule", Arkansas being in the SEC, would most likely move to the NC game. That's how I see it at season's end, OSU vs. Arkansas.

Funny that you bring this up about osu and ND. I went to the ND vs. UNC game 2 weeks ago (gf's bro is in the ND marching band, it was freakin sweet) But one thing I noticed, is that there was not ONE person there with anything OSU on. I saw a lot of other schools but never OSU. I figured since it was only 200 miles away there might be a few, but nope. OSU imo is a fairly popular nationwide football team, but not in Indiana!!
