learning allot
The new job is teaching me allot of cool stuff. I learned how to use a spot welder the other day. I was scared shitless though, because they were telling me i might get shocked the first time and **** but that didn't happen haha not a pro but i did ok, even took some dents outa some bent sheetmetal from a car they are working on.
Sanded down my first hood today also i bought my DA from snap on cost me like 300$ but im interested in the paint part of body work so im going to start buidling my collection little by little
Also learned that clear coat makes u have the biggest high but makes u come down real hard huge headache today after learning how to mix some clear
tomrrow i get to gfrind down some metal where they welded and the paint burnt and turned brown so i get to learn how to use the grinder so much fun stuff im like a little kid at a candy shop

Should be fun for you. I remember how excited I was when I started welding. I learned on the frame of my old truck so I was really wanting to make sure it was right. You feel really accomplished once you get it down.
I always liked grinding down welds also but be careful. We were working on trucks and my good friend wasn't wearing a face shield and the wheel got caught on on some sheet metal and popped out of his hand and hit him in the mouth. After the grinder hit him in the mouth it fell on his arm. Just be careful and be safe because you never know what can happen. Oh P.S.! Weld spray in your ears and down your shoe SUCK!
