So my car has been running like **** for the past month (since i put in my new Tranny) This car is my Daily driver so i havent had much time to **** with it. It was idling at liek 400rpms and stalling out, overall running very rich. Well i raced Spike_Africa on last Friday, then my car got REALLy bad, and by sunday my plugs were completely fouled out and the car wouldnt run.

SO long story short. I changed plugs+wires, then i finally found out my IAC wasnt plugged in!! Now my car has a nice coat of Wax (first time in months) and it runs like a PRO!!


MY CAR IS FAST AGAIN!!!

It wasnt a good way to find out who is faster. But now that my car is running right perhaps i'll meet him at the track.

well it ran . . i just had to heel-toe it at every stop sign. . . It was just runn'n real rough

oh and i had a wicked boost leak at my Throttle body. I looked when i did my plugs and the rubber boot was almost off the TB!!!! the worm clamp had slid off it.

Which makes sence because i waslooking fora boost leak because i was reading lower boost then i should had been.

 

damn so really ur car is 20x as faster than u thought...lol

i want more speed so bad...but cant afford it and parents dont want me to do so

 

no, i know how fast it is, this just started after the tranny swap, and it got slower and slower till my plugs finally fouled out. . .

But not im fast again

how much did this tt setup cost you teal?

i want to be more than looks now...i have done all exterior mods i need

a nice tt setup would set it off...but i got no money

and i dont want nitrous...just not my type of power adder

o well...when i save up some more maybe i will get a used s/c or something behind my parents back...

 

thats the way to go, i've had both a used procharger and a used vortech both for arround $1500
