Mod the GT or get a Cobra?
Aight, heres my situation.. currently own a 2002 GT i still owe about 10G on it im only 19 years old.. i currently work with my father making decent amount of money 18 an hour.. im taking the year off and eventually be going to college.. i have about 8G saved up.. im debating if i should payoff the car as fast as i can and sell it and buy a cobra then mod the cobra or just stick with the GT and mod it with the current money i have saved up.. probably supercharge it, gear it and upgrade suspension, brakes..
i always wanted a cobra and i know it will take a lot of time and money to even make my car as fast as just a stock cobra...

i say pay it off then mod it just keep the car because if u think you are prob going to start off again trying to pay off another car and end up spending way more money in the long run. And just mod it when its paid off and make it faster than a cobra because every one respects a gt that can smoke a snake especially a 03 snake, hell even a 07.

just save the money trust me i know im not one to talk cuz i need to save as well. and later down the road you could do what ever the hell you want.
$7G's 57mm TT setup(everything included) from HPperformance. and just forge the block with about 8.1:1 compression. you'll be slaying some snakes

Precisely. Pay the car off, save the money while you are in school, come out debt free, buy a house, get a job, and buy a brand new one. I know its hard right now, but you will be SO much better off, also ask yourself if you really, I mean REALLY need all the mods on your car. Will you use it? Or is it just a street car that wont ever see its built-for purpose. Just some things I ask myself to keep me from blowing stupid money that can be used for a house.
