"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

WHAT THE **** IS A BOLO?

 

BOLO = a device swung over/around the head, used to sling/throw objects. or in this case a "BOLO" stands for "Be On the Look-Out" for......its a law enforcement term.

on TV some drunk got pulled over, he asked why he was pulled over, the cop said that there was a bolo out for him... and the guy had a fit cause the cop wouldn't tell him what it was...
