Yeah my tranny blew up today. It sucks not having a car again. Someone cheer me up.

Gave it a little loving down my road back to my house.....next thing you hear is Bang Bang.......lost all shifts except 2nd....car is stuck in 2nd and when I stick it in park sometimes it clicks and clanks. It's done....it's a sad day now i'm looking for a built auto or someone to do a manual swap locally. ****...Also thought about getting a truck but the love for the stang is strong within

 

if u need a truck then get a POS truck...have you thought of that....ya know the type of car where u dont care if u forget to put the window up in the middle of a rain storm..ahaha

 

screw an manual swap thats retarded an auto is way faster than any manual. Get a built auto with your new high stall and be done with it.

get a stock 3650 and you will be able to handle 400 hp...there are 3650's on ebay...ive seen from 500-750 barely used...just a thought

 

Ummm takes a bit more than just the tranny......harness, computer, brackets, pedals, shifter...etc.......list goes on

I wish shadows still had his car I could have taken everything off it

 

i understand that but the tranny is what really costs the most...it was just a thought i threw out there

 

So will switching to a manual.I've known alot of people that have done it on older car's and have had alot of trouble with it after the install.

One guy I know did the swap on a 69 Camaro and the damn clutch pedal would break everytime he drove it.
