i got a tranny from brothers performance for 1600-1700. its a Performance Automatic street strip tranny. its a very reputable company and way cheaper then a swap. if you do a swap it will cost about 500-1000 more depending on which manual you pick. oh yeah and that labor too.

 

Well if yours is toast i would highly recomend on upgrading it now. If you can afford with your new salery you pocket ***. Trust me dont spend 500bucks or whatever on a used tranny when you can spend a bit more and get one that will hold all the power your making.

 

It went into the shop today i'll find out the damage tomorrow. What I am going to have the shop do is rebuild it but with some stronger clutch material and do a total rebuild. I also have gotten a connection with EDGE racing converters who want to lend a hand.
