I probably hold the record for the longest short commute. 10 miles one way takes 40 minutes some days. ATL traffic.

Yikes.....I'm going to kinda be in the same boat. My fiancee and I are real close to buying a house that is about 20 miles further out that we are right now and I'm really not wanting to drive my car that much because I probably couldn't afford the freaking gas it sucks up and I want to keep it in good shape for a long time. Guess I'll just have to suck it up until I can get a beater.

Lance, you are old as dirt. Careful with the supercharger, it might inhale you.

about 50-60 miles round trip. 45 min in the morning, 25 on the way home because of traffic. Mustang is the DD and that is why I have 120k on it.

38 Miles round trip, average of 30 mins one way but I can cut that to 25-20 mins if I speed* and/or theres no traffic.

*10-15 over the speed limit

I dirve 180 miles round trip to work. That is why I do not drive the Mustang. I have a 2000 Grand Am for that.

I have driven the Stang a few times when it is nice out. but right now I need new tires before I drive it too far, and I do not feel like spending it right now when it is going to be parked in a couple of months for the winter and repairs.

Drive it there or come pick it up with a truck and trailer?

Trust me I have about 15 resumes floating right now. I'm hoping to hear from one at Mercedes in Athens! Only 10 minutes from my house, and get to drive some AMG's!!!!
