Did Ford start a trend?
Ok, by now we all know about Ford going after everyone and their mother who has an after-market business that even remotely references the Ford name or one of their car model names. But, did this start a new trend in the business world? Or did Ford simply buy-out Apple?

FoMoCo wasn't the first by any meens, Harley-Davidson did it many years ago and Im sure they weren't the first either.
so don't go gettin' all pissie at FoMoCo for doing this. Ford is in bad way money-wise and needs to re-coup lots of lost $$$ the best way they can.
