There is a reason you don't see 20's on the 99-04s.

I don't know if all 99-04s look bad with 20's, but I don't care for those rims. Everyone seems to agree that 20's look ok on the new stangs though, and I want to get some for my 06, but not those ugly ones.

that car look like total **** with those..."gangsta" rims on there...owner need a head check.

Anything bigger than 18 on these cars is useless and ugly.

20's look good on the new body mustangs but not on 99-04s, reason for that is the 05+ have a bigger wheel base.

I hate the wheels too, but it looks very clean and well taken care of. Not worth 17,500 for a V6 but still a nice car.
