I found about this off another forum, but its pretty cool. I don't think the game ever resets and you just build it up by buying military,land,infrastructure,technology. You have to pay bills. And you get most of your income through taxing your nation. You can trade resources with other countries to benefit your country, like boosts in population, happiness etc. Only problem if you can only collect taxes once a day. A literal day. When you run out of $ you have to wait until midnight (central time) to collect again.
