**** yeah they did and it was an awesome game. It all started when Brind A'mour started leveling the Oilers. Cole, Commodore and the Adams' all followed suit. It was nice to see that they do indeed know how to body check effectively. If only they had done that 3 games earlier, we would've had this thread a week ago.

 

Yeah, the Canes came out with a vengeance man. Scored the first goal in less than 2 mins. I know Canada is p*ssed lol The Stanley Cup is in the south man, I can only imagine that it's full of Budweiser lol

 

There was a Canadian dude over on MD that was all kinds of bent out of shape because the 'Canes won it. He kept sayin they only won because of officiating. Oh well, however it happened, the 'Canes have it and it was a damn good final series. Anyone that says any different wasn't watching the same games I was watching.

Everytime someone loses, they want to blame it on something stupid. That's just aggravating and being a sore loser. lol I hope he cries.

 

ya i was pretty dissapointed..... but the oilers came back from 3-1 to tie up the series so at least they made a series out of it

 

Great series, and I dont even like hockey. Was afraid the Canes wouldnt pull it out, just to me, the Oilers seem a lot more coordinated in the way they play compared to the Canes.

 

They were more consistent than the 'Canes from game to game. When the hurricanes are on their game though, watch out.

 

i hate hockey but i give hockey players credit for the beating they take.
