Does anyone know how old you have to be do go to a strip and get your 1/4 mile and 0-60 times?

Most will allow you to run as long as you have a valid drivers licence. Some have rules that you have to be 18. Just check with your local track.

iyou have ot be 18 anyhwere to race. if your 17 or 16 you have ot have a parent sign a wavewr its like that everywhere, but not everyplace cares enought o check just tell them your 18 thats what i used to do when i was 16 and 17.

Ok, well i dont really want to race, i just wanna find out my times and stuff stock, before i do anything to my car to see any boosts. But I guess I'll probably have to get a waver thing signed, since I'll be a minor for a little less than a month....[IMG]adf[/IMG]

18 to run.. times will be around 17 seconds at 82 mph... thats what i run with cold air intake and my tires slipping...but you may have better luck

i would think its faster than that, hell my freinds 94 with a whopping 140 stoick hp went 17.2 stock. i would think that car should go atleast 16's? but i dont know.

Over here you dont need a license and you can be any age, no parent signature needed.

same hear i was only 16 and had my liscens for about 2 months when i went i they didnt even look at my drivers liscens

Yeah, they own the property so its their rules. I guess some tracks are different.

All the tracks i've been to, no one has ever asked for a drivers license! You only have to sign some damn paper! :thumbsup:

dude thats weird all the tracks i have ever been to you had to be 18 or if you were uder that 16-17 you had to have a parent sign a waver, hrm kinda weird.

I went when I was 16 with no note from my parents. Which is good because they probably would not have signed it.

The strips dont care... its kinda like abortions. If they didnt let the under 18 year olds do it without their parents knowing, people would just do it on the street.
