So i am watching dream car garage on speed, one of my fav shows. And they are doing the baseline tests of the charger R/T and SRT8
I was under the impression that atleast one of these cars were fast. The R/T did 0-60 in 6.8, 0-60 in 14.8 the SRT did it in 5.4 and 14.8.
Meanwhile, the SRT8 GRAND CHEROKEE does 0-60 in 4.9, with the same engine and HP as the charger, it IS AWD but seriousely, the charger must have a hp/weight ratio close to danny's cumulative GPA through high school

how is the charger r/t and srt 8 same 1/4? do you mean 13.8 for the srt-8?

 

I will say this though. The same guy that did a 13.1 in the 07 Shelby GT500 got a 13.5 with the SRT8. And we all have seen how wrong the shelby number was lol

I actually raced one in Tulsa Saturday night (charger r/t) from about a 20 mph roll.It was pretty damn quick but after I hit 3rd I was about a car length ahead of him.

We did it twice.The first time I took off in 3rd :wallbash: and he killed me.The 2nd time it was from 2nd and I got some damn good traction and pulled away
