Smile My new trunk

This is what I've been working on for the past couple of days. I'm gonna do the write up later on tonite for anyone else who hates that ****ty stock trunk mat. Check out the finished product:

I made it for some reason my trunk mat never sat right after the first time i took it out...it was always raised up in the middle , and all over the place...and every time i opened my trunk it pissed me off lol. so I did something about it

Looks good man, my trunk mat is mud stained so I might want to do this too. Where did you get the carpeting and what thickness was the plywood you used?

I got the carpet from wally world...it was a little to small though..so one of these day's i'm gonna re carpet it. And I don't remeber the thickness...i just went to home depot and picked one

the auto section..and yeah it does come in a roll...but it's too small, theres a line near the bottom (not pictured) wher ei had to staple to connect the second peice. its not noticeable when ur looking in the trunk from a normal distance, but if you get closer in you can see where the carpet ends, and the other begins. thats why i'm gonna look for a bigger peice so i can re upholster it
