Don't know if someone has already posted this but Happy Memorial Day. I know there was a thread on what everyone was doing for today but I thought this one was appropriate for many of you guys. Remember that today is not a day to think of as drinking, partying, BBQ's, or whatever else..

but remember that today is a day to Celebrate our freedom and those who fought and are still fighting for it. Many of us in here are in the service, retired, or have family in it. Let's tip our hats and raise our flags to all of them today and remember why we are celebrating this day. I am proud to be an American and I love this fvckin' country I live in.

PLEASE do not turn this into a political thread! Let's just remember those who died and are still dying, fought and are still fighting. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

I agree with ya..I was just saying make sure we don't think of it as a day just for partying. Eat some chicken and drink a beer but still remember the soldiers.

 

Word, too bad I had to work all day... plus the girl didn't call up my friends when I was at work so nobody knew what any of the other were doing and it just got retarded..... Damnit, I'll drink alone!
