Thats why you always ask for your old parts. They are yours, they have to give them to you.

They could do it. $49.95 not including the new antifreeze.:shifty: The DM was/is a real puss. I never liked JL anyway...Always thought they were crooks. My mother paid over $200 for oil/fuel/trans/air filter change, after she told me I check the car out. Still had the factory ( dirty ) airfilter in it. I took the car right back and DEMANDED all the work be redone ( done for the first time really) right f'ing now! And yes I was in uniform!!

I did. Even though you could see the new oilfilter and the oil was clean, I made them change it again.

Thumbs down

That's why i do all my work!! Hell a few months back, i took my car to get my oil change done at the penzoil place! Like i said i usually do all my own stuff but i was feeling lazy and decided to take it there since it was 5 mins away from school! Well, when i got on my back to change my oil again a few mths later, i discovered that the oil plug had been tighten harder than a mawtherfawker! I had to use a hammer to loose that fawker up and i won't comment on my oil filter! Oh man i felt like my nuts were gonna explode when i was taking it off! Oil places are idiots if you ask me!...
