I have NEVER heard of good things about Jiffy Lube. A few years back a buddy and I took his E36 M3 there for an "oil change" just to get a laugh. They always come out and say "uhh, we looked under your car and it doesn't have an oil filter" SO funny. the filter is on top. I wouldnt expect everyone to know that, but a business that services cars should know. F Jiffy Lube.

Jiffy lube trashed my dads old saturn.
He took it in for an oil change. Soon his car started acting strange. he took it to the dealer and they wanted to charge 2k to breakdown the engine. he said "f that" thats too much. Checked around a bit. the engine died. Before he had it towed away to the junkyard he thought about jiffy lube. He checked the oil. There was none.
they forgot to refill it.
and for some reason his oil gauge and light never reflected it.
good times.

I took the car right back and DEMANDED all the work be redone ( done for the first time really) right f'ing now! And yes I was in uniform!!

That's why i do all my work!! Hell a few months back, i took my car to get my oil change done at the penzoil place! Like i said i usually do all my own stuff but i was feeling lazy and decided to take it there since it was 5 mins away from school! Well, when i got on my back to change my oil again a few mths later, i discovered that the oil plug had been tighten harder than a mawtherfawker! I had to use a hammer to loose that fawker up and i won't comment on my oil filter! Oh man i felt like my nuts were gonna explode when i was taking it off! Oil places are idiots if you ask me!...
