This is just an internship. My aunt is a director for a big pharmaceutical company and helped get me this spot in the information technology area. I'm majoring in engineering, so when I graduate, I'll be makin a hella more than $10/hr but considering many internships are done for free, I'm lucky as crap to get paid to do it. I'm headin off right now to go.

I was excited about that, but my aunt is a supervisor over a big portion of the company and it'd be a conflict of interest so I'd likely ont be able ot get a real job there.
As for the interview, it went well. Being that I'm the director's nephew, they were all nice to me, pretty nice people. My main worry is that I'd not be able to do the job needed. But I went and peed in a cup afterwards and apparently they want me some time next week. It'll be dealing with the security and user access levels or something. When I start, I'll update.
And I'm going for computer engineering

Its like they think I might need to design an engine that runs off the internet or something... WTF... thats another reason I hate NJI****inT

At least it's not FORTRAN. I think NCSU still requires a class in FORTRAN for just about any engineering degree. Looks like I need to go find an old TRS-80 that still works by some miracle since I'm going for Materials Engineering.

actually that sounds alot like what he said. Like when someone is hired, they get a certain amount of access and I create theur account and set their access level and same w/ when they change departments, i add or delete priveliges. It's network/information/computer type work so it'll be good for me. I should be starting some time early this week!
