Default E-Bay Related Question

Hey guys, I just posted something on EBay for sale and am wondering how long it takes for it to show up on the search results and can be seen by other. I put my add up about and hour and a half ago and it still is not showing up in any search results. Should I be worried or does it usually take this long?

Yes, it takes a few hours for it to show when you search for it. eBay even says this once you submit your listing.

Ok so i just checked ebay and my listing is still not up?? Does it take THIS long??? I entered my ad last night at 9 p.m. and it still isn't up. Would it really take longer than 14 hours for them to post my ad?? I can see if it took a few hours, but 14 hours and still nothing up?? Im starting to think there is a problem.

Counter says 2 people, and has said that when I first put it up. Im assuming the two people are myself from my comp and when i tried to find it from my other comp.

You might want to email eBay and ask them about it. Include your item number and take a vacation or something, they aren't that quick to respond.

Not to question you or anything, but I looked at your username on eBay Brandman316 and it shows NO items for sale. Did you remember to submit the item listing? It should show if I search via your username.

What is the item #?

That number seems awfully high. Items listed only a couple of hours ago are item #160000190712????

I didn't find it just searching for: "Bullit Rims" "17 Inch Bullit" or anything, only way I found it was searching the item number.

See thats what Im scared about. Why is it that when I put in Bullit, Anthracite, GT Rims, my ad doesn't come up. Ive changed the title a couple of times and that hasn't helped. It seems like my ad is up but is not getting any hits cause it isn't in any search results.

Your title is: "17 Inch Bullit Rims and Tires for Mustang GT"

I have to include ONLY the words you have listed in my search. Example: If I searh for Mustang Bullit rims or 17 inch rims your search will show up.

If I include some other word in my search that is NOT listed in your title, your auction will not show up. EX: 17 inch anthracite rims.... your auction will NOT show up. Or If I typed in Cobra bullit rims.

My suggestion is take out the word for and add Cobra, Saleen. Use as many words/letters as possible.

My suggestion: Cobra, Mustang GT, Saleen 17 anthracite inch bullit rims tires.

This will greatly widen your hits on ur counter. I've only listed a few auctions but have had great great success with it. Sold my old projector headlights used for 195 bux BEFORE shipping (bought them for 200 with shipping) and sold my old head unit for 180 before shipping (bought for 220 w/ shipping)

Hoped this helps!

I have a bid on it now so I dont think I can change the title. I tried but the edit link isn't showing up. Anyway after I sent an email to ebay i could find it in the search results so everything seems to be working right! Thanks for the help.
