everytime i do a mod to my car something alwayys bad happens when i put the o/r h the stud broke off and now my HID's! ok i went to a buddy's place who has a garage and asked if he could help me aim my headlights with the special board he has. so we open the hood and he says i am missing the two main metal clips to aim them up or down and he said that is the only way to aim them...in the pic. below i circled what stud he said it so be connected to....any truth to that or is it just turnin them screws????

 

Turn those screws. Thats the way to adjust them.
