I got a used Superchips Tuner from a guy on a forum for $120 shipped. It gets here and I plug it in and it says....Tuner Requires an Update....Call Superchips. Now the guy said he returned his car back to stock. So I called Superchips and they tell me they need to reprogram it for $200. I could have almost bought a new one for all this.:wallbash:

 

That sucks *** dude..call the guy you bought it from and tell him you want your money back!..

 

and those tuners suck ***. I had one on my f150 for a bit it was a total waste of time and money.

 

The main reason I got it was to correct the speedo for gears. I thought I would pay a little extra for that, than for a speedcal since the tuner could also change a/f and timing.

 

you cant adjust **** with it. It has ****ty preset timing and a/f curves which are hardly better then the stock program. Sell it on ebay is what i would do.

 

The guy still answers my emails so I don't think hes f*ckin me over. So I think im just gonna get my money back and ship it back to him.
