Well heading back home tonight on the highway in the wife's V6.I was doing I'd say 75 when I see an 02/03 Dark green GT comming up fast.I wait till the guy get's right behind me and I stomp on it and the race is on

Well surprise!! The 06 V6 stayed at least 3 to 5 cars ahead of him.I even slowed down too 90,let him catch up and left him behind again

That thing just surprises the hell out of me on the highway.

When we got into town he pulled up next too me and gave me a thumbs up.Was damn cool

 

nice lance i didnt think that v-6's were all that fast why didnt you get a v8 was it the women???? or did you get what cash could pay for?

 

I wanna see the wife's 06 vs. lances03!

 

Because the 06 V8 would stomp Lance....lol

From a stop they are'nt that impressive but on the highway they are pretty quick.

"Look, I don't want to worry about you needing the power to merge into traffic if need be. So, let's get the bigger engine just in case."

You'll seem very concerned about her safety (not that you aren't anyway), but it has been known to work! That's what helped getting the 5.9 instead of the 5.2 in the wifey's durango. But, with gas prices not I really wish I would have gotten that 5.2......damn 12 mpg sucks!!!!!!
