Anybody been reading up on the news about JA wanting to sue playboy for putting her on the cover...she claims that playboy is misleading the public by putting her on the cover in an effort to boost playboy sales........

Newsflash alba..playboy is way bigger than you and they will sell regardless of whos on the cover.....hell, she should be happy with all the publicity.

Well I would be pissed just like her. She doesn't want her young fans to think she is posing nude I'm sure. Kids still see the cover and know what Playboy is so don't you think she should be pissed? And I am pretty sure if Jessica Alba is on the cover or Betty Joe No Name is on the cover, the Alba issue would sell more..so yes they are using it to their advantage to sell more issues and if she can't sue them, they should atleast give her royalties for her being on there.

 

When shes's old and busted, she'll be glad playboy immortalized her by putting her on thier cover..
