all svt cars are sold at svt authorized dealers. what the article said is that they will sell the shelby's at all 3900 dealers in the U.S. not just the 600 authorized SVT dealers like they did with the SHO, focus, lighting and cobra. example i bought my mustang from a ford dealer that was not SVT authorized so they never carried a new SVT vehicle.

 

I swear if my friend's dad doesnt hold onto the cobra he has i'll kill him myself..so help me....what the hell is ford thinking

 

on the brighter side, "A new Shelby Cobra GT 500 Mustang is due later this year as a 2007 model." very nice..... wish i had a couple extra benjis lying around

 

Yup, im not really suprised here.

SVT is turning into "Ford Performance," but they wont be specialty cars sold at select dealers.
