FIRST POST OF DECEMBER BITCHES

So i pulled the trigger on the 105mm 2.8D AF Micro lens. (yesteryears model, not the AF-S VR version)

They dont make it anymore, generally they can be had around $600 used. They have a legendary status in Nikon's lineup as about the best Macro lens they ever made.

got it for under $300 from KEH, apparently it has a damaged filter ring which im not overly concerned with.

i get 14 days to return it if i dont like it.

Oh yeah, I sort of got myself a new toy on the last day of the decade. I'll post a picture of it soon...

And i also struck a deal with a guy on NikonCafe, im buying his 70-200 f/2.8 VR1 AF-S. FUCK YEAH!!!!! Getting a wicked deal on it, he just sent it into Nikon to get serviced and a checkup to make sure it is in prime condition before we do the final sale. I should have it within a few weeks.
