I got my Predator tuner in the mail yesterday and was reading through the manual. I saw somthing about recycling the key but i dont think it said to have the key in during the install of the tune. When i install the tune should i have the key turned to accessory or not in at all? If anyone has other advice on installing the tune please let me know. Thanx

 

When you plug the predator in just follow the steps...The predator will prompt you to either turn the key on (but don't start the car) or off while it's loading the tune. It's very very simple. Also, to eliminate any possibilities of something going wrong I made sure the radio and all accessories were turned off.....I even rolled down the windows and put my seat belt on so the seat belt "ding" didn't come on.

 

Did you get the car on the dyno after you installed the predator. Just curious how much horsepower you gained from it?
