Default p-51 intake manifold

does anyone know anything bout the p-51 intake manifold?? is it a good investment for my 01 mustang gt??

No. Ive heard bad things about it, a lot of cars that ended up going SLOWER after they added it. Tim at MPH said he would recommend a bullitt intake over the PI. Plus, you wouldnt need it if you dont have huge plans for a wild N/a car or are already blown.

MM&FF did a test on the engine dyno (crank hp not rear wheel) and got 16hp with no losses at lower rpm's.Now it's time for my worthless opinion.These things are expensive so I would save the $$$$ toward a P&P job with some cams.Some people have had clearance problems with the stock hood also.
