Default Lowering springs

I am about to buy some Springs for my mustang and narrowed it down to Ford C-Springs and H & R Sport Springs..but don't know which to get would like to hear some comments about these 2 diffrent types.

unless your worried about ocassionally scraping long tube headers pcasionally, id go woth h and r

The H&R's will give you alot better stance.
