Default Spring isolators

Are any of you guys not using springs isolators for both front and rear. If so, how is the noise level and does it really lower the car more if you are not using them. Its a question for a friend of mine who is looking into not using them when he lowers his car. Thanks

My friend has a 1998 that cut the springs and took her isolators out. Most uncomportable and noisey ride in the world. Makes it worse if there is a road that isn't very smooth.

Yeah I figured it would be a noisy ride but he went with the Eibach pro kit and they didnt lower his car like he wanted so he is lookin for a way for his ride to be a lil bit lower.

I've spoke to a few people and riden in their cars and there is no squeaks and the ride is the same...I am planning on doing mine but I was going to call Eibach just in case.
