Default Caster/Camber Plates

Can someone give me a good explaination as to how these things work? How do they interface with adjustable shocks/struts? Are they simple to install when doing a shocks/struts and springs?

My only info I can give you about them is that they just give you so much more adjustability in your suspension. With some springs, the drop is so much that you cant align the car without the added adjustability. Supposedly, they are pretty simple to install. Id get the maximum motorsports ones, they have 4 bolts instead of three. You do however have to drill a hole for the 4th bolt, but other than that, its supposed to be easy.
