Default front tower brace

Everybody here has been real helpful on all my installations, just bought a new front bumper, now I'm purchasing the strut tower brace, I dont expect much difference in handling ,I'm only buying because I like the way it looks , anything "wild " about the installation that I should know about, looks like a peice of cake to me.Also,I'll probably get yeld at for wrong thread location but,
does anybody know of a place around Pittsburg Pa area that can do any performance work for me, Idont want someone who has to read the dirrections on how to make it work, I can do that , looking for someone who has experience mustang 4.6L. LOL

just dont use a cordless drill, a corded one makes the job ALOT faster...when i put one on my v6 it took about an hour with a cordless when i put one on my gt it took under 10 minutes with a corded

You have two options:

1 - Drill and tap the thing on from the top.

2 - Drill holes and bolt it in from the bottom.

#1 is way easier to do, but requires a few more tools. I bolted mine on from the underside and it took me about 5 hrs and lots of blood loss to install. You have no idea how hard it is to hold bolts in place from under the wheel well with the car on the ground and wheels mounted. PLUS, drilling and tapping makes it a cinch to remove which you will need to do if you need engine work.
