Default break, brakes!!!

Hi, I have recently bought a 68 coupe. The car has new everything. Problem is the guy who put it together was in a hurry and did not test everything or does shoddy work. I'm gonna give the benefit and say he slapped it together in a rush. That said I have an issue with my brakes. When I press the pedal for a long brake it slowly loses pressure. Keep in mind that the entire brake system is new, and I have checked for leaks and repaired one. Could this be a problem with air in the lines? I am going to bleed the brakes this weekend just because I don't think it was done well. What else could it be?

Yes, that could be an indication of air somewhere in the system. Could be in the lines, could also be in the master. I would do a thorough bleed of the entire system. Could also be a bad booster/vacuum leak to it. Since it was completely redone, I'd venture that not all the air was bled out.
