What chips eliminate speed governor?

What chips eliminate speed governor?

I'm installing 4.10 gears in my 97 gt and I know from experience it will be limited around 80mph, does diablo eliminate the governor, if not what chips do? Thanks alot.

I can't imagine your car is governed at 80mph. Pretty much any hand held tuners should work. Diablo or SCT are your best choices
